Health and Well Being
The area of health and well-being is a vast and sometimes confusing subject. In this day and age one can read an article or book that tells you the perils of eating just about anything. It is amazing that we can find anything that everyone says is good for you! We won't try to give answers, but rather websites, books and articles that we have found helpful and balanced. After 75 years of life and trying many of the suggestions of ways to eat and live, we think the KEY is find balance.

Vibrational Healing
Unfortunately in our world today, the aim of traditional allopathic medicine is not to make people healthy. Instead, its goal is to make everyone sick, because you can't earn a lot of money if people are healthy. Greedy corporations (called Big Pharma) created the medical system that we have today, and they still run it. You can't become healthy if you follow their corrupted system. Unless we realize this, we will continue to stay sick. Watch here how our medical system has evolved: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PmorPPJqVCc If you’ve seen or read any of our other books (www.libertyministries2021.com/intro), you’ll know we revealed a vast controlling body I’ll call the Cabal for ease of use. Much research has been done, and can be proved, how the “deep state” or Cabal has squelched and vilified alternative medical education and practices using herbs, vitamins, specific foods, and other means to treat our illnesses and dis-eases. In the early 1900s homeopathic colleges were forced to close and only those teaching the Rockefeller doctrines of pharmacology were funded and encouraged to thrive. Unfortunately, profit is the main motive for advice, prescriptions, and surgeries recommended. The American Medical Association makes sure doctors continue to follow their prescribed treatments in order to keep their “licenses.” It is a known fact that today a newly-graduated doctor on average has less than 20 hours of nutrition instruction. They plan to “let the dieticians take care of that.” It requires quite a bit of time for a doctor to sit with his/her patient and discuss diet, lifestyle, etc.—much more than the 7 to 12 minutes allotted by most physicians. Nurses, therapists and dieticians take care of the wellness. Doctors have systematically become primarily drug-pushers (hence called our primary doctors), contributing to the huge profits of the medical/pharmaceutical industry. I am not a doctor nor qualified to advise in any way through traditional medical education and/or certifications. I have learned over time (thanks to my ever-curious mother) to search out alternative means to care for my own health. There is a vast variety of ways to help oneself besides the pharmaceutical route. |
Before exploring the various avenues and options, I first want to give a little description of what I am going to call vibrational medicine. We generally think of medicine as doctors, drugs, hospitals and traditionally-used modalities. In my mind however, the broad term “medicine” refers to whatever can be done to correct injury, illness, or imbalance, no matter the modality used.
Most Americans are introduced to the subject of vibration in elementary or middle school. For me, it was the 9th grade where I was astonished to learn about atoms, protons, and electrons spinning in space. I came to realize that the desk where I was sitting was actually in motion and was more space than the matter that I could knock my fist on. I remember just being flabbergasted! Everything is a vibration!
Many years later I learned that we are actually vibrational beings and frequencies are all around us making up our known living universe. It especially came clear when I realized that my body, being vibrational at it’s core, could be easily affected by the frequencies that I might be exposed to or pick up along the way.
The way I comprehend it, the word vibration refers to the general term for movement and frequency indicates a specific rate of vibration.
In realizing the proliferation of frequencies all around I also came to know, as humans, that our five senses are actually receptors of these frequencies and body/brain mechanism translates those perceived vibrations into sight, sound, taste, feel, etc. We also mostly all accept that there is also a 6th sense that delivers data to our brains, even though it doesn’t appear to have a physical origin. Likewise, our bodies vibrate at a frequency that produces either health or illness, and often it responds to frequencies that can help us regain physical, emotional, and mental balance or wellbeing.
We’ll leave it there except to just reiterate: ours is, at its very basis, a vibrational existence!

Let’s briefly talk about what other choices might be possible besides traditional allopathic methods. One term used today to describe some alternatives is Integrative Medicine. In describing some of these I will also give a recommendation based upon our own experiences.
1. Nutrition: What we eat and feed our bodies. This subject is vast because nutrition begins with the soil. How the food is grown, pesticides/fertilizers used, etc. greatly affect the quality of the food. Books can be (and have been) written on this.OUR SUGGESTION: When possible buy organic and from local farmer’s markets etc. Know the source and methods used to produce the food you eat. Read labels in grocery stores. Learn to use ways to read your body and what food works for you (learn muscle testing for food which can be found on the internet).
2. Naturopathic Doctors/Physicians and/or clinics: Naturopathic medical education curricula include certain areas of study not covered in conventional medical school. At the same time, aspiring naturopathic doctors receive training in the same biomedical and diagnostic sciences as MDs and osteopathic doctors (DOs). The result is a comprehensive, rigorous, and well-rounded scientific medical education that is both comparable and complementary to that of MDs and DOs.OUR SUGGESTION: Find and benefit from a Naturopathic physician as your main general practitioner. Second choice would be a DO. Many health insurance plans don’t include coverage for these. Direct pay can actually save you a lot of money.
3. Massage: There are many types of massages, but generally speaking a massage, whether full body, head, feet etc. helps reduce stress, lessen pain and muscle tightness, and increase relaxation—thus improving the circulation of the blood, lymph and immune system. Types of massage can be from Swedish to Rolfing, and everything in between. And it just feels good!OUR SUGGESTION: Weekly is best; monthly is a minimum
4. Chiropractic: Chiropractic care is a modality that complements other forms of health care. It is based on the idea that your body can heal itself with the help of specific hands-on manipulations from a trained professional. These sessions, combined with other tools, help realign your joint structure and can potentially lead to drastic pain relief. Basic chiropractic uses a hands-on method of manipulation to relieve symptoms. Physical therapists are also beneficial in this same manner but by using stretching and exercises.
Chiropractors often have the availability in their clinics of other practitioners, i.e., massage therapists, physical therapists, and acupuncturists, along with various devices and practices to help in the healing and easing of pain. There are so many devices that I cannot list them all here, but they include:
OUR SUGGESTION: Monthly visits for maintenance; or whenever you are experiencing pain or discomfort.
Vibrational Medicine, or the science of etheric energies, is replacing the Newtonian world-view with new models based on Einstein’s physics of energy, and, more importantly, the brilliant works of Nikola Tesla and Marconi. We will see that this is the wave of the future. We see it in magnetic imaging and other types of equipment in our traditional facilities already. Many Naturopathic and Chiropractic doctors are already delving into vibrational healing techniques.
According to Dr. Richard Gerber, physician, author, and foremost researchers and practitioners of vibrational medicine:
Vibrational medicine is a diagnostic and healing approach to illness using energy in various forms and frequencies. As a therapy, vibrational medicine is the application of different types of energy for healing, including approaches as traditional as X-ray and radiation therapy for cancer, the use of electrical nerve stimulation for treating pain, and electromagnetic field stimulators for accelerating the healing of fractured bones. Even full spectrum light is used for treating seasonal affective disorders or the ‘winter blues’. However, vibrational medicine also covers the more subtle forms of treatment such as acupuncture, homeopathy, flower essences, therapeutic touch, and that sort of genre.
The potential of non-invasive energy medicine to benefit people at a much lower cost is phenomenal…. Vibrational medicine has the potential to scan the body not only for illness states, but also for a disposition toward illness, that is, a pre-physical energetic disturbance that will lead to illness. There are a variety of diagnostic systems that are evolving. One of these involves assessing the acupuncture meridian system. If disturbances in the etheric body can be determined before physical disease develops, then there is a basis for a whole new level of preventive medicine which has never really been seen before.
OUR RECOMMENDATION: Seek practitioners that use vibrational practices and remedies whenever possible.
The future is here and beyond belief in many ways. A new era in healing has already started. Is it possible that meditation and prayer affect the healing process? How do acupuncture, homeopathy, and healing touch work? Is it possible that the energy in our bodies is connected to the unlimited energy of the universe itself?
As Nikola Tesla is quoted as saying, “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.”
He also said, “the day science begins to study non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence.”
Some advanced devices and modalities are already showing up in the marketplace. Some currently available forerunners:

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
Here are some experiences that will demonstrate how vibration and frequency have helped me, personally.
Here are some experiences that will demonstrate how vibration and frequency have helped me, personally.
- My family and I have benefitted from visiting with a chiropractor fairly regularly most of our lives. Both of our children had adjustments when they were babies. It often soothed their crying and discomfort.
- I was helped greatly in 1971 when our daughter was a newborn and one of my discs was bulging—causing terrible, debilitating pain for me. A Chiropractor (an extremely talented one, sometimes hard to find) helped me within a couple of weeks, and I have not had such debilitating lower back issues the rest of my life.
- When our son was a toddler we noticed a definite sign of scoliosis developing. A Chiropractor in Ohio gave adjustments and exercises for him to do. The problem was averted within a few short months.
- My introduction to homeopathic drops were after I picked up an intestinal parasite on a Mexican vacation. I suffered for weeks and even months before I found almost magical relief from a homeopathic remedy. It is well-known that homeopathic drops carry the vibrational essence of the remedy.
- I was later referred to a bio-feedback practitioner in our area for ongoing intestinal issues. She used a computer and sensors placed on my fingers, ankles and around the head to scan the body for blockages of energy. Using the pre-programed frequencies of various herbs, vitamins and minerals she then formed homeopathic drops to help my body tune to those beneficial frequencies. Her process definitely helped relieve my symptoms from this UC issue. (This same technology is now available through apps on smart phones!)
- Learning to meditate (we used a course by Jose Silva, a radio engineer who discovered brain waves were like radio waves and could help relieve stress in the body) benefited our entire family. By purposely relaxing and visualizing, we learned the benefits of Alpha brain waves for reducing stress, heightened creativity, and extra-sensory perception. Daily meditation is a very health-promoting habit.
- Spiritual awareness and practices are most important for keeping healthy and well. It is so important to realize that we are spiritual beings having a physical experience. Connection with a higher power is vital. Our positive and love-based thoughts and emotions are primary to good health!
