What Are 5-Minute Cities?

The Communist ideals being put into place around the world are "Five-Minute Cities". This means you'll live, work, shop and entertain yourself all within a 5 minute walk (basically in high rise buildings). Listen to it explained here as it is being built in Tornoto, Canada. (BTW, Maui was targeted to be a 5-minute city, starting in Lahaina.
